To get fit and improve continuously you need to eat right and train right. But to know whether you are eating right and training right, you need to be educated about what you're doing. A well educated person can obviously train better than just a well trained person. A well educated person would know the "Whats", "Why" and "Hows" of their training. In this section, you'll find information you need to help enhance your knowledge regarding the general concepts of fitness.


This section also aims to bust fitness myths, clear doubts and define clearly what works and that matters more than what doesn't, though we'll be throwing some light on areas of fitness like training and nutrition that aren't effective and are best left untouched.
